AN ARCHITECTURALLY DESIGNED HIGH-END BUILD

I’ve worked with Higgs on a few of my projects now as Shaun and his team are a pleasure to work with. I know they can bring big visions to life, so I’m really looking forward to working with them on this project.

The goal.

As a sought after area in Cambridge, our client wanted to subdivide their land and build a beautiful investment property. With great river views he needed the beauty of the home to do the scenery justice. 

The details.

Native Bird Drafting created a design that sets this home apart from your standard property. Being an investment property we chose high performance elements to make the home as long-lasting as it is good looking, including thicker walls for higher insulation and energy efficient heating and cooling. We will also be crafting some beautiful carpentry details to finish the look.

The outcome.

The build is in the pre-construction phase, with completion at the end of next year. Watch this space.
