PHASE ONE
Groundwork.
During this phase, we can either assist you in selecting an architect appropriate to your specific requirements, or if you've already chosen one, we'll collaborate closely with your architect to refine every detail, ensuring accurate pricing. Our meticulous preparation lays the foundation for a successful journey ahead.
Prep work.
We collaborate with your architect to meticulously refine every aspect of your vision. From structural plans, geotechnical considerations, and stormwater design to intricate design specifications, no detail is overlooked. Working hand in hand with our trusted subcontractors, we ensure that every element of your home is thoroughly evaluated and accurately priced.
Proposal.
Once all necessary details are refined, we collect quotes and specifications for your home, compiling them into a comprehensive proposal. You'll receive a detailed proposal booklet which includes a comprehensive specification list, outlining everything included in your build. Every details in your home are clearly communicated ensuring clarity and confidence in your project's scope. Our transparent quoting process breaks down labor and material costs clearly, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Our goal is to deliver the proposal to you within 4-6 weeks.
Review.
We present our pricing proposal and scope of work to you, discussing every detail of your home to ensure your complete satisfaction with the price and specifications. We understand the importance of building a new home and choosing the right builder, so we give you time to consider everything. We're here to answer any questions and assist with any adjustments needed.
Contract.
Once you're satisfied with everything, we schedule a meeting to review the contract together. Once all details are finalized, it's time to celebrate! Upon signing the contract, we offer you a congratulatory gift, marking the transition to the next phase: construction.
PHASE TWO
Construction.
The work begins! Now it’ll start to feel real as you see your build happen before your eyes.
Construction begins.
We start building. No matter whether your project is a new build or a renovation we project manage every element of it. This keeps the project moving smoothly and means you’re always in the loop.
Two-way conversation.
Keeping you in the loop at every step of the build is important to us. We understand building is a journey and use project management software that keeps you up to date with the build schedule and any changes.
Any variations will be given to you in writing so you never get caught out by cost changes. Plus we’re always eager for a chat and to answer questions along the way.
PHASE THREE
Post Construction.
Celebratory drinks are on us! But the journey doesn’t end there.
Professional Clean.
Once we’re all finished your house gets a free professional clean, so you move into a nice clean home.
Key handover.
As part of the handover, we walk you through the project, making sure you are in love with the build. We also put all of your product, warranty and maintenance information into cloud-based software and teach you how to use it. This prevents you from losing paper warranties and sends you friendly notifications when any maintenance is due.
Maintenance check-ups.
Your peace of mind is important to us, so we will keep in contact to check in with your build. You’re welcome to reach out with any questions at any time and we will still be there to help.
