The goal.
The client had a vision for his section. Ever since he bought it he has wanted to subdivide and put a new home on it. It couldn’t be just any home however, he wanted it to be low-maintenance but highly beautiful and long-lasting.
The details.
To create a home that met the brief, we chose higher performing materials and layout that would help the home be energy efficient and of a high standard. Working alongside local architects, Tawaarch, and joinery company, Maple and Stone, we’ve created a plan that will make this home an incredible long-term investment for the client and future generations.
The outcome.
All of the pre-construction work has been completed which means the build is ready to begin. Our client and our team are very excited to see this goal come to life!
